Presentation: A female neonate was born at 33 weeks by urgent cesarean section secondary to severe preeclampsia with HELLP syndrome. On exam, her weight was 1.18 kg (1%), length 39.5 cm (5%), and head circumference 27 cm (1%). She was well appearing with white sclera, normal tone, and appropriate reflexes. She was noted to have swelling of the right wrist, prominent knobs along her ribs, and frontal bossing. Laboratory results are listed in Figure 1.
