Case Report: A two-week-old full-term infant was referred for further investigation of an intraventricular hemorrhage (IVH) detected on cranial ultrasound. The patient was born to a G1P1 mother with chorioamnionitis via C-section for failure to progress and non-reassuring fetal heart tracing. Patient was started on antibiotics for concern for sepsis. A cranial ultrasound was obtained on day of life two, showing blood in the occipital horn of the left lateral ventricle, concerning for choroid plexus hemorrhage with possible parenchymal involvement (Figure 1).
