Introduction: Drug Reaction with Eosinophilia and Systemic Symptoms (DRESS) is an uncommon and potentially life-threatening condition that causes extensive skin eruptions, fever, lymphadenopathy and eosinophilia two to eight weeks after exposure to a drug. It can also have systemic effects on the liver, kidney, and lungs. Autoimmune sequelae are rare, but serious, complications of DRESS.
