Background: Social determinants of health (SDH) are key drivers of health inequity, particularly in neighborhoods with high rates of poverty. Stress related to psychosocial factors such as financial concerns, housing instability, and family dysfunction increase the risk of maternal depression, premature birth, and developmental delays in children. Purpose: This poster describes a novel approach to identify and address stress related to SDH in prenatal women and families with young children.
