Introduction: Osteomyelitis is often characterized by fever, pain and limping. We report a case of left femur osteomyelitis in a 12yo male with knee/thigh pain in the setting of resolved fevers. Case Report: A 12-year-old boy presented to sports medicine clinic with one week of left knee/thigh pain, night sweats, myalgias and fevers. One week prior he fell during football, landing on his sacrum; no penetrating trauma. He ambulated after the fall but endorsed pain.
