The eating habits of populations have undergone changes that are significantly motivated by the processes of urbanization, industrialization, the professionalization of women, and reduction of time for food preparation and/or consumption. This context favors the consumption of industrialized products or products prepared outside of homes (Lima & Dliveira, 2005; Fattori et al., 2005; Marques, 2007).
