EJD, vol. 32, n◦ 6, November-December 2022 RCM and the use of deep-learning approaches could be promising for guiding tumour resection surgery. Imaging techniques in dermatology are currently undergoing rapid development. They allow real-time skin examination for diagnosis, treatment monitoring and patient follow-up. Furthermore, they do not require invasive skin samples. These methods will certainly transform the daily practice of dermatology in the future.
