A) Case 1: round brown structures mimicking brown globules and milia-like cysts on non-polarized light dermoscopy and comedo-like openings. B) Case 2: network-like structures, features of regression such as hypopigmented scar-like areas, comedo-like openings, milia-like cysts, and a moth-eaten border. C) Case 3: a dark brown structureless area that resembles a peripheral pigment blotch and comedo-like openings. D) Case 4: network-like structures and focal areas with a cerebriform pattern. E) Case 5: peripheral brown linear structures mimicking projections and network-like structures. F) Case 6: a false blue-whitish veil, comedo-like openings, milia-like cysts, and sharp demarcation.
