This study develops the Smart Learning application using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) methodology to address various challenges in e-learning. The six structured phases of the MDLC methodology ensure the application's effectiveness in enhancing the quality of online learning. This study analyzes the limitations of traditional e-learning platforms and proposes an innovative solution through the development of Smart Learning as a website integrated with mobile devices. The application is equipped with key features, including an automatic lecture meeting menu for each course, a Telegram chatbot for interaction, and an automatic notification system to inform students of updates made by educators. The test results indicate a significant improvement in usability, didactic efficiency, and accessibility. Thus, Smart Learning has the potential to be an effective solution in supporting a more interactive and adaptive modern education system.
