Myocardial infarction (MI) in pregnancy is a rare and critical topic. In time diagnosis and management is mandatory for preventing both mother and fetus from possible mortality and morbidities. Both traditional cardiovascular risk factor and some factors which are present during pregnancy are related to MI during pregnancy.
