Combined with the information space theory, a kind of method for the Marine high-end marine high-end human resources management system in the Coupling coordination of the Marine Innovative Economy is put forward in this paper. The information space theory can be used to describe the relationship between the Marine high-end marine high-end human resources management system and the information space theory.
