Due to the lack of unified planning for Offshore Petrochemical Industry, the space layout is not reasonable.Based on single Offshore Petrochemical Industrial zone, this paper studies several industrial zones.In this paper, intelligent offshore industrial cluster is used to update the innovation chain of petrochemical industry in real time. At the same time, this paper reasonably restricts the formation and evolution of innovation chain that actually participates in planning, and determines the planning plan through real-time statistics.
