A 78-year-old man with refractory angina and no possibility of undergoing either surgical or percutaneous revascularization was scheduled for coronary sinus Reducer Neovasc Inc (Richmond, Canada) implantation. Briefly, the coronary sinus Reducer stent limits cardiac venous drainage with the intent of shifting blood from nonischaemic to ischaemic territories supplied by narrowed/ occluded coronary arteries.
