© 2020 Italian Federation of Cardi A 55-year-old man, with previous coronary artery bypass graft with a left internal mammary artery (LIMA) to the left anterior descending artery (LAD) and a saphenous vein graft (SVG) proximally anastomosed to LIMA at a Y-configuration and distally to the right coronary artery posterolateral branch, was admitted to our hospital for a non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (MI).
