The purpose of this report is, through the case of Akaike Elementary School extension work, considering the effectiveness and the problems the user participation led by the orderer brings in the stage of planning and construction. This aims at developing the method practicable with small number of staff in order to avoid declining the user participation for fear of increasing the orderer’s workload.
