Two introduced prawn Penaeidae were collected in Le Havre Harbour, Normandy, France, on 14 August 2016: Marsupeanaeus japonicus (Bate, 1888) and Penaeus semisulcatus De Haan, 1844. M. japonicus is native to the Indo-Pacific and the Red Sea, is already present in the western English Channel; and this is the first record for the eastern part of the English Channel.
