This article uses two computational techniques to detect Hepatitis, an inflammatory disease that affects the liver. An evaluation of techniques to detect it is presented, including KD-Trees and Neural Networks. The results show that KDTrees system had a 59% of success while the neural network system had a 72% of success rate. Also, an analysis was carried out for each result employing receiver operating characteristic curves.
