Morning glory disc anomaly is associated with serous retinal detachments, high refractive errors, amblyopia, and strabismus. There have been limited reports of an association between morning glory disc and peripheral retinal non-perfusion. The authors report a case of unilateral morning glory disc anomaly associated with markedly asymmetric retinopathy of prematurity.
