Everyone knows “one‐size‐fits‐all” is often a lie. Solutions might fit most, but the fit is usually really, poor for the few outliers. Pediatric keratoconus is no exception; in truth, it shows several distinctive features in clinical appearance, disease progression, and response to treatment in children compared with adults.[1] Therefore, children merit a customized therapeutic approach considering the cornea’s structural and behavioral differences between children and adults.[2]
