Editor, Chondroid tumors occur predominantly in the axial skeleton and rarely may have an extraskeletal origin. Intracranial chondroid tumors constitute approximately <0.16% of all primary brain neoplasms.[1] They are subclassified into conventional (hyaline/myxoid), dedifferentiated, clear cell, and mesenchymal subtypes.[2] We discuss three cases of intracranial chondrosarcoma over a period of 6 years with varied presentations.
