Editor, A 35‐year‐old male presented to the cardiac outpatient with a history of gradual increase in dyspnea. Echocardiographic examination revealed the presence of a mass‐like lesion on both right and left atrial cavity. Clinically and radiologically first possible differential considered was biatrial myxoma. The patient was planned for surgery and both the atrial masses were removed and sent for histopathological examination. Systemic examination was unremarkable. Patient was clinically improved after the short follow‐up. Long‐term follow‐up is not available.
