Hematidrosis is an exceptionally rare and interesting phenomenon that presents with excretion of bloody discharge from noninjured skin or mucus membrane mostly following intense physical or mental exertion. Less than hundred such cases have been reported so far. We further contribute three more cases of hematidrosis who were managed effectively with psychotropics and beta blockers, thus establishing a nonorganic and benign course of the disease.
