This paper explores on the role of women on net.art, specially focusing on the position of feminine identity on the internet. For that we take into account the process of production and reception of the works, and the interactivity on the net. We also reflect on how the art on the internet can be used as a resource to get the empowerness of women. All this in contrast to the projection of the image of women offered by traditional art. We distiguish the link between image and body in the construction of the identity and how this can be extrapolated to the internet. As a result we obtain the information of how the women images are projected on the cyberspace. After all we proceed to analyse the interactivity that feminine collective try to find on the use of internet and the importance of cyberfeminism in the creation of women identity. To sum up, we can observe how digital art acts as a very important instrument for the construction and deconstruction of the image of women. For the first time the media spread the idea of equality. The condition of anonymity and the absence of genre of this new space of representation stimulates art equality.
