A 38yearold woman presented to the emergency department with a 2week history of fever, headache and mild dry cough. She lived in an area that was undergoing a coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID19) outbreak at the time. A household contact had mild coryzal symptoms in the week prior but had recovered and was negative for severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARSCoV2). There were no other sick contacts and no travel history.
