In this paper, the experience of working in a construction company for continuous improvement of the process of communication between the various actors involved in the management and control of construction projects in its different stages of construction, so as a basis for exposed App further development of mobile devices such as Smartphones or Tablets, is exposed. It has been shown that there is potential for improvement in time and costs in the activities of production processes, as designed in the management system of a construction company, by implementing a current, intuitive and globalized mobile application, improving the knowledge management, know-how and customer service, two goals left in this sector. The main objective is to offer a real solution for a construction company, without sacrificing the goals of quality, time and cost reduction, to maintain a high level competitive differentiation versus its competitors. In addition, it would improve the management, monitoring and control of work, relations with internal and external agents, and reducing the failure and management costs in real time. Therefore, this tool would favor decisions based on the updated schedule.
