Summary: We present the design proposal for a center of remote control for UAVs, based on the improvement of different types of ground stations by analysis of mode effect and mode of failure, FMEA and Ishikawa diagrams. So, that has been a center of command and control robust and reliable analysis FMEA analysis of the basic functions of control center. This Control Center, allows to remotely control UAVs in NLOS (Non Line Of Sight) mode as well as the transmission and the reception of data and video from a local earth station that controls the UAV in the LOS (Line Of Sight) mode.
