Abstract: 细菌性阴道病（BV）是阴道内乳杆菌减少或消失、兼性厌氧菌及厌氧菌增多导致的常见阴道感染性疾病之一，具有临床表现不典型、复发率高的特点。BV与盆腔炎症性疾病、妇科手术后感染、不良妊娠结局及性传播疾病的发生风险增加相关。BV的诊断主要依据革兰染色Nugent评分标准和临床Amsel标准。BV的治疗主要为口服或局部应用抗厌氧菌药物。BV治疗后反复发作者可适当延长用药疗程。本指南也对妊娠期BV的管理进行了阐述。. read more here.
