Abstract: Abstract[Mg1 − x(Li0.5Bi0.5)x]2SiO4 (MLBS, 0 ≤ x ≤ 0.06) ceramics were fabricated via a conventional solid-state reaction method. The X-ray diffraction showed that a single forsterite phase was formed while the sintering temperature of MLBS ceramics was lowed.
