Abstract: 目的 了解成人非经典型先天性肾上腺皮质增生伴反复肾上腺髓脂瘤的诊断治疗特点。 方法 回顾性分析在本院就诊的1例先天性肾上腺皮质增生的患者，以肾上腺占位为首发症状入院，反复发生肾上腺肿瘤结合相关文献进行分析，确立诊断后进行治疗，采用等位基因特异性PCR-直接测序联合多重连接依赖探针扩增技术测定其基因型。 结果 患者共检出2种CYP21A2基因突变类型：c.IVS3-13C/A>G，c.518T>A，MLPA结果示IVS3-13C/A>G及exon4杂合缺失。 结论 成人非经典型先天性肾上腺皮质增生患者容易误诊漏诊，诊治经典CAH是挽救生命的，但NCCAH的诊治对于防止不必要的痛苦也很重要。 read more here.
