Abstract: N,N'-Bis(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)oxalamide (BPMO) was found to be an apposite promoter for the Cu-catalyzed N-arylation of oxazolidinones and primary and secondary amides with (hetero)aryl iodides at room temperature.
