Abstract: 转录因子E3(TFE3)基因融合肾癌是一种罕见的肾细胞癌亚型，好发于儿童和青少年。成人TFE3基因融合肾癌发病率仅占成人肾细胞癌的1%，且具有临床侵袭性，预后较差。本文报道1例成人TFE3基因融合肾癌，采用肾部分切除术治疗，结合文献复习，讨论术后的进一步治疗方案，以供临床参考。 read more here.
