Abstract: Abstract A novel antioxidant and antibacterial material were prepared by incorporating Baicalein-Hydroxypropyl-β-Cyclodextrin inclusion complex (Ba-IC) into polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) nanofibers (PVA-Ba-IC-NF) via electrospinning method.
