Abstract: Two new complexes {[Co(L)SO4(H2O)3]·H2O}n (1), [Zn3(L)2Cl6]n (2) (L = 4′‐(4‐(1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)phenyl)‐4,2′:6′,4″‐terpyridine) were successfully synthesized under solvothermal conditions by using the nitrogen‐rich ligand L.
