Abstract: Hydrolyzed collagen (HC) from sea bass skin prepared using papain and Alcalase had antioxidant potency and could enhance MRC-5 cell proliferation and lamellipodia formation. HC can be used as a nutraceutical or functional food ingredient. read more here.
