Abstract: In this article, we take the scalar diquark and antidiquark as the basic constituents, construct the $C\gamma_5\otimes\stackrel{\leftrightarrow}{\partial}_\mu\otimes \gamma_5C$ type tetraquark current to study the $Y(10750)$ with the QCD sum rules.
