Abstract: A series of six-coordinate magnesium bis-3,6-di-tert-butyl-о-benzosemiquinonate complexes with different N-donor ligands (2,2´-dipyridyl, 1,10-phenanthroline, 2,9-dimethyl-1,10-phenanthroline, pyridine, N-phenyl-1-(4-pyridinyl)methanimine) were synthesized.
