Abstract: Five compounds 1-5 were reported from leaves and roots of Cadia purpurea herein. 2,3,4,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17-tetradecahydro-17-(1-hydroxypent-4-en-2-yl)-10,13-dimethyl-1H-cyclopenta[a]phenanthren-3-ol (1), apigenin-7-O-rhaminoglucoside (2) and 13-O-pyrrolecarboxyl lupanine (3) were isolated from chloroform and methanol leaves extracts.
