Abstract: 目的 报道5例长期服用糖皮质激素儿童患泌尿系结石病例并探讨可行治疗方案。 方法 总结5例长期服用糖皮质激素儿童患泌尿系结石病例的临床资料。 结果 5例患儿共碎石7侧结石。清石率为80%(4/5)。手术时间平均38.4 min。患儿耐受良好,术中均无并发症。 结论 长期服用糖皮质激素的患儿存在发生泌尿系结石的可能性,该类患者需检测用药前后尿钙水平,并定期复查B超防治结石。 read more here.
