Abstract: In mice with checkpoint-refractory melanoma, antigen-loaded EVs induce antitumor immune responses. Prophylactic immunization with EVs sensitizes tumors to anti–PD-L1 and leads to prolonged survival, indicating potential use of EVs against checkpoint-refractory cancers.
