Abstract: Lesch-Nyhan (LN) syndrome, is a X-linkedrecessive-disorder affecting predominantly males, caused by deficiency of hypoxanthine-guanine-p hosphoribosyl-transferase (HGPRT) an important enzyme in the uric acid metabolism.
