Abstract: A series of N‐substituted‐5‐chloro‐2(3H)‐benzoxazolone derivatives were synthesized and evaluated for their acetylcholinesterase (AChE), butyrylcholinesterase (BuChE) inhibitory, and antioxidant activities.
