Abstract: 丛生蛋白(CLU)是一种凋亡相关蛋白，广泛存在于人体体液和组织中，参与多种病理生理过程。研究表明CLU表达异常与某些恶性肿瘤发生发展密切相关。在前列腺癌(PCa)恶化、转移、治疗过程中，PCa从激素依赖型转变为非激素依赖型的过程中常伴随着CLU的高表达。靶向CLU基因的治疗能增加前列腺肿瘤对放化疗、雄激素撤退治疗的敏感度。本文就CLU在前列腺癌发生发展中的作用作一综述。 read more here.
