Abstract: Abstract A series of thermosetting siloxane-containing polyimide resins were synthesized by incorporating of bis(p-aminophenoxy)dimethylsilane or bis(p-aminophenoxy)tetramethyldisiloxane with various concentrations into formulated oligoimides.
