Abstract: Abstract A series of spirooxindoles have been synthesized through 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of an azomethine ylide generated from isatin and sarcosine or L-proline with the dipolarophile (E)-3-(2-cyclopropyl-5-(4-fluorophenyl) quinolin-3-yl)-1-phenylprop-2-en-1-one derivatives.
