Published in 2020 at "Physical Review B"

DOI: 10.1103/physrevb.102.125110

Abstract: Two charge density wave transition can be detected in $\mathrm{La}\mathrm{Au}{\mathrm{Sb}}_{2}$ at $\ensuremath{\sim}110$ and $\ensuremath{\sim}90\phantom{\rule{0.16em}{0ex}}\mathrm{K}$ by careful electrical transport measurements. Whereas control of the Au site occupancy in $\mathrm{La}{\mathrm{Au}}_{x}{\mathrm{Sb}}_{2}$ (for $0.9\ensuremath{\lesssim}x\ensuremath{\lesssim}1.0$) can suppress each of these… read more here.

Published in 2017 at "Physical Review B"

DOI: 10.1103/physrevb.95.245311

Abstract: In this work, we studied the adsorption behavior of deposited Si atoms along with their diffusion and other dynamic processes on a Pb monolayer-covered Si(111) surface from 125 to 230 K using a variable-temperature scanning… read more here.

Published in 2018 at "Physical Review B"

DOI: 10.1103/physrevb.98.174430

Abstract: We report a spin-driven ferroelectricity below the helical spin ordering temperature in a nonoxide mineral $\mathrm{MnS}{\mathrm{b}}_{2}{\mathrm{S}}_{4}$, which crystallizes in a centrosymmetric monoclinic $\mathrm{HgB}{\mathrm{i}}_{2}{\mathrm{S}}_{4}$ structure. At $\mathrm{T}\ensuremath{\sim}25\phantom{\rule{0.16em}{0ex}}\mathrm{K}$, the dielectric constant shows an anomaly and the spontaneous… read more here.

Published in 2020 at "Physical Review Materials"

DOI: 10.1103/physrevmaterials.4.065001

Abstract: Topological semimetals host unique electronic phases with either Dirac or Weyl characteristic. One way to obtain the Weyl phase is to break the time-reversal symmetry by establishing magnetic ordering. We have investigated the electrical and… read more here.
