Abstract: Oligonucleotides containing various adducts, including ethyl, benzyl, 4‐hydroxybutyl and 7‐hydroxyheptyl groups, at the O4 atom of 5‐fluoro‐O4‐alkyl‐2′‐deoxyuridine were prepared by solid‐phase synthesis.
