Abstract: Herein, we describe a metal-free, iodosobenzenediacetate mediated trans-aziridination of zerumbone by the direct use of sulphonamides. The preliminary in vitro-screening showed better anti-proliferative and anti-diabetic activity compared to parent compound zerumbone. read more here.
