Published in 2020 at "Chemistry of Natural Compounds"

DOI: 10.1007/s10600-020-03051-w

Abstract: Seven isoflavonoids including five new glycosides were isolated from root bark of Maackia amurensis. Their structures were established as daidzin 4'-O-gentiobioside, 7-O-gentiobiosyldaidzein 4'-O-β-Dglucopyranoside, 7-O-gentiobiosylgenistein 4' -O- β -D-glucopyranoside, 3'-methoxydaidzein 7-O-gentiobioside, and calycosin 7-O-gentiobioside. The isoflavonoids… read more here.

Published in 2017 at "International journal of biological macromolecules"

DOI: 10.1016/j.ijbiomac.2016.10.007

Abstract: Seeds of Maackia amurensis constitutes two sialic acid specific agglutinins known as leukagglutinin and hemagglutinin. Maackia amurensis leukagglutinin (MAL) recognizes α2-3-linked sialic acid present mainly in N-glycans and composed of two disulfide linked monomers. It… read more here.

Published in 2017 at "Scientific Reports"

DOI: 10.1038/srep46041

Abstract: The pathophysiology of autistic spectrum disorder (ASD) is not fully understood and there are no diagnostic or predictive biomarkers. Glycosylation modified as many as 70% of all human proteins can sensitively reflect various pathological changes.… read more here.
