Abstract: We give conditions on an inclusion $${\mathbb {C}}\hookrightarrow {\mathbb {D}}$$C↪D where $${\mathbb {C}}$$C is a Mal’tsev (resp. protomodular) subcategory in order to produce on $${\mathbb {D}}$$D a partial $$\Sigma $$Σ-Mal’tsev (resp. $$\Sigma $$Σ-protomodular) structure. read more here.
