Abstract: 目的 评估及探讨利用显微外科技术治疗青少年精索静脉曲张的疗效。 方法 显微镜下曲张精索内静脉双重结扎并保留精索内动脉及淋巴管的显微外科技术治疗24例青少年原发性左侧精索静脉曲张患者，观察并统计患者术后伤口愈合情况、阴囊水肿、睾丸鞘膜积液发生率，随访症状缓解情况、睾丸萎缩及复发。 结果 24例患者术后伤口均无感染，术后2周切口愈合良好；术后1周阴囊水肿发生率4.2%(1/24)，24例患者均获得随访，无一例出现鞘膜积液、睾丸萎缩及复发情况。15例伴有阴囊睾丸不适症状的患者中，有8例症状完全消失(53.33%)，7例症状不同程度缓解(46.67%)。 结论 青少年精索静脉曲张要结合患者的年龄、症状、睾丸体积等多项指标，综合判断病情，选择合适的治疗方案。而显微精索静脉结扎手术具有症状改善明显、复发率更低、并发症更少等独特优势，值得临床进一步推广。 read more here.
